Recovering from Disaster
May 2nd, 2009So I had this blog up and “somewhat” fully operational. True, I didn’t start posting to it as often as I had hoped, but for all intents and purposes it was live. A good excuse for my lack of persistence in posting was the fact that I was embroiled in an extremely bitter divorce and custody battle over the past year-and-a-half. Now that I am FINALLY divorced and have sole custody of my beautiful child, I felt that with the storm being over I could finally get down to business with this blog.
Being me, I fiddled with every setting and option available until I had very successfully screwed everything up so badly that it was far easier for me to start anew. While I have reinstalled and configured this blog to be exactly how I want it to be, there was an article I had written about my discovery of PHP and my exodus from ASP as my primary web programming language that became a casualty of my “fiddling”. So to those of you that left such nice comments, and especially to those who linked to and quoted my previous article, I’m sorry… It’s gone forever. However, I will attempt to recapture my thoughts from the article in a forthcoming post.
