Gregbo Watson’s “Tribute To Steve Jobs” Showcased in Print

My portrait of Apple visionary, Steve Jobs is currently being showcased in Art Creations Magazine (Issue #5) and in the book “Steve Jobs: Artist Tribute: Collection of Artworks & Caricatures of Steve Jobs with a History of Products” by Marcin Migdal (Mad Artist Publishing). My painting/illustration “Tribute to Steve Jobs” was painted on the day the news of his passing was made public. Like many fellow artists and creative folks from all over the world, I created this piece of art as my way of showing my admiration and appreciation for the contributions Steve Jobs brought to this world. My portrait of Jobs depicts his journey through this world from an idealistic young man set on “changing the world” to becoming the black turtleneck, jeans, and sneaker wearing pop icon of his later years. You can see Gregbo Watson’s “Tribute To Steve Jobs” in the following publications: Art Creations Magazine Issue #5 www.ArtCreationsMagazine.com Buy This Issue    Steve Jobs: Artist TributeBy Marcin Migdal Published by Mad Artist Publishing Available at Amazon.com     Gregbo Watson will also be offering a Limited Edition Giclée 13″x19″ Art Print Watch www.gregbo.com for details, or contact via email info@gregbo.com.

Gregbo’s Art Seen on Halloween Episode of NBC’s “The Office”

Posted by In Cool Factor, Illustration, News & Announcements, Pop Culture, Press Releases 0 comments Tagged , ,

I was thrilled to be able to see one of my illustrations used in this year’s Halloween episode of The Office. If you caught the show, my illustration of a Wicked Witch can be seen as a prop throughout the episode on the wall outside Andy’s office. The witch is first seen in one of the opening scenes when Andy arrives and Erin is hanging Halloween decorations. Next, you can see it prominently over Dwight’s shoulder as he is explaining his costume. In a later scene, the cast draws attention to it as part of the game “Put the Wart on the Witch” when Robert California arrives. Seeing my work used as a prop on screen during one of my favorite comedy shows was a lot of fun. I’m a huge fan of the show. If you missed this episode of The Office, NBC allows you to view full episodes on its website.
